What are the HubSpot plans?

HubSpot sells separate "hubs" (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Data and Commerce), each in Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise tiers. Since 2024, most paid plans are billed per seat: you pay for each person who needs to edit records.

TierTypical list price (2026)Good for
Free CRM$0Contacts, companies, deals and a basic pipeline for a small team
StarterAbout $15–20 per seat / monthRemoving HubSpot branding, simple automation, email and meeting tools
Sales Hub ProfessionalAbout $90–100 per seat / month + ~$1,500 onboardingSequences, workflows, forecasting and custom reports
Marketing Hub ProfessionalFrom about $800–890 / month incl. 3 seats + ~$3,000 onboardingMarketing automation, campaigns and attribution
EnterpriseMarketing from about $3,600 / month + ~$6,000–7,000 onboardingLarger teams with complex needs

Prices change often and HubSpot runs promotional rates for new customers. Always check the live HubSpot pricing page before you commit.

What is the HubSpot onboarding fee?

Professional and Enterprise plans come with a mandatory, one-time onboarding fee. It pays for HubSpot's guided setup and training. According to European pricing guides, it ranges from about €1,470 for Sales or Service Professional to about €7,000 for Marketing Enterprise. Working with a certified HubSpot partner can reduce part of it.

Where do the hidden costs come from?

What does a HubSpot partner cost on top?

HubSpot licences pay for the software. Someone still has to design your pipelines, import your data, build automations and keep everything clean. That work is done by your team or by a partner, and it is paid separately:

At GrowFlow, setup starts at €690 in Greece and €990 elsewhere in Europe, and monthly plans start at €199 (Greece) or €590 (Europe). HubSpot licences stay in your name and are paid directly to HubSpot.

Which plan should a small business start with?

Most businesses with fewer than 10 users should start on the free CRM or Starter, get their data and pipeline right, and only move to Professional when they need workflows or sequences every day. Many automations can also be built around Starter with tools such as Make or Zapier.
