Are HubSpot licenses included in the monthly plan?
No. Your HubSpot account belongs to your business, and licenses are paid directly to HubSpot. We charge only for setup, management and support — so your data and your account always stay yours. Often the free CRM or Starter is enough to begin with.
Why is there a setup fee and a monthly plan?
Setup is the one-time work: design, build, data import and training. The monthly plan keeps your system clean and up to date, and keeps improving it.
How long does setup take?
Usually 2–6 weeks, depending on the package and how ready your data is.
What is a fractional HubSpot admin?
